Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and related profile details you provide.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, plan, and invoice references). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Content you upload. Photos, prompts, project names, furniture references, and other materials you submit to generate Outputs. These are stored to provide the Service (projects, history, downloads, and support).

Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, for analytics and site performance.

Communications. Messages you send us (support, legal, or feedback) and related correspondence.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service (including AI image/video generation and listing copy)
• Authenticate accounts, process credits and subscriptions, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Communicate about the Service, security, billing, and (with consent where required) product updates
• Analyze usage to improve features, reliability, and support
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

To generate Outputs, we send necessary inputs (such as images and prompts) to third-party AI and infrastructure providers, which may include model hosts such as Fal.ai and Google Gemini, cloud storage (object storage), databases, email delivery, and payment processors. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Do not upload content you are not authorized to use. Avoid uploading sensitive personal data about others unless you have a lawful basis and any required consents.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, AI inference, payments, analytics, email)
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use Google Tag Manager and related analytics/marketing tags to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Service functionality.

We retain account, project, and generation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required (for example billing or security logs).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; you use the Service at your own risk regarding residual security risk.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at info@stagedai.ca to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
